Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the work of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all cleaning shifts.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Regularly inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and address any areas for improvement.
• Collect client feedback and handle any concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
• Develop and enforce cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all sites.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is well-maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed.
• Manage the budget for cleaning supplies and equipment to minimize waste and control costs.
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate financial transactions and records.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, including issues encountered and resolutions provided.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff hours, and any incidents or issues.
• Address and resolve any problems that arise during cleaning operations.
• Stay informed about new cleaning technologies and methods, recommending changes or upgrades as appropriate.
