• Recommend or arrange for additional services, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and train cleaning staff.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate cleaning activities with other departments.
• Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle payments for specialized cleaning services.
• Assist with specific cleaning tasks as required.
