Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
Job duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners and janitors
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work,
renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment as to owner or managers
• Arrange training for cleaning staff and janitors
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
• Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records
• Payment tracking
• Perform certain cleaning duties.

Job Requirements:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (High) School is required.
