Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
-Oversee project sites and team of cleaners and cleaning tasks.
-Supervise cleaners to carry out their work.
-Inspect the work area cleaned by cleaners.
-Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences
-Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use.
-Check the inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
-Perform cleaning duties.
Requirements:
• No formal education required
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement,Reliability
