Cleaning Supervisor Job

We are now looking for a professional Cleaner to join our team to keep offering quality and reliable services. Successful candidates must be responsible, reliable and able to work unsupervised.

JOB Duties:
Maintain open communication with the Manager;
Assist cleaners in performing duties to handle customer requests/complaints;
Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services;
Provide reports on-site visits/inspections;
Meet with the cleaning team at customer locations;
Follow the checklist providing thorough cleaning throughout the place;
Train new hires, and provide feedback on the team’s performance;
Maintain and secure storage areas and cleaning equipment:
Ensuring the safety of staff and the public;
Efficiently manage inventory;

Completion of high school;
Friendly and customer-service oriented;
+1 year of experience working in similar roles;
Flexible hours including weekends;
Physical demanding;
Meticulous attention to detail;
