Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
2–3 years minimum experience in commercial high-rise window cleaning
At least 2 years of proven supervisory experience (lead hand, foreman, or working supervisor)

Tasks
Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Establish work schedules
Complete reports
Supervise crew members
Recommend measures to improve productivity
Plan and organize daily operations
Conduct quality control
Provide on-site services
Demonstrated, hands-on experience operating swing stages

Experience and specialization

Cleaning experience in Windows
Demonstrated, hands-on experience operating swing stages
Demonstrated experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts
Strong working knowledge of fall protection, high-risk work procedures, and job planning
Physically capable of working at height and in changing weather conditions
