Duties:
SWIFER SWEEP JANITORIAL LTD. is currently in need of full- time Cleaning Supervisor. The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate work activities of cleaning workers.
- Assist with site training of new cleaning personnel.
- Assist with work schedule and control budgeted hours the assigned locations.
- Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to the cleaners and inspect work to ensure performance is at expected levels.
- Provide training to the staff and implements health & safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and property.
- Respond to customer requests & complaints and do follow ups.
- Perform other duties as required.
Wages: $ 30.00/hr for 35 hours a week
