Cleaning Supervisor
Hallmark Facility Services is a professional janitorial company serving the BC Lower. Our commercial cleaning services are relied upon by property managers, government facility managers, and business corporations to provide reliable, consistent, high-quality services at a competitive price. Currently, we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
The cleaner supervisor will perform the following duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the cleaning staff.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met at all sites.
- Train and hire cleaning staff for multiple sites.
- Recommend additional services to clients, such as floor repairs, painting, or replacement of work equipment and furnishings.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide clients with invoices for services, may receive payment. - Perform cleaning duties as needed.
The cleaner supervisor will have the ability to work flexible hours, able to lift 20 lbs. loads, perform physically demanding tasks, and can communicate efficiently in English. Completion of secondary school and previous experience as a cleaner are required. Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
