Wage: $36.60 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview
Radisson Hotel Fort St. John is seeking experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisors to oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping and cleaning operations within the hotel. This position is ideal for candidates with leadership qualities and hands-on cleaning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff
Plan and coordinate daily cleaning schedules
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Assist cleaners in performing duties when required
Maintain financial records and receive payments for special cleaning tasks
Recommend or arrange additional services such as repairs, renovations, or furniture replacement
Coordinate cleaning activities with other hotel departments
Prepare budgets and cost estimates
Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly
Qualifications
Language: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or cleaning role
Strong organizational and leadership skills required
Work Schedule
Day, Morning, Evening, Weekend, and Shift work required
Physically active and fast-paced hospitality environment
