Job Duties:
• Oversee and direct the daily activities of light-duty, industrial, and specialized cleaning personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to verify that cleanliness, sanitation, and safety requirements are being maintained.
• Arrange or suggest supplementary services, including repairs, painting, renovations, or the replacement of furniture and equipment when necessary.
• Recruit, onboard, and provide training to new cleaning staff members.
• Create work schedules and coordinate cleaning operations with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare budgets, calculate service costs, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
• Collect and process payments for specialized cleaning projects and services.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed to support staff and maintain quality standards.

Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience 1 year of experience is required in a related field
