Boss Diesel Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a full-time and permanent 1 Cleaning Supervisor in Calgary, AB, T2C 1G5. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.
Job Description:
• Recruit and train, or arrange training for cleaning staff
• Oversee and coordinate the work of cleaning crews
• Check facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates
• Keep financial records up to date
• Handle payments for specialized cleaning services
• Support cleaners with their tasks when needed
• Work with other departments to coordinate activities
• Create and manage work schedules
Education
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
• 1 year to less than 2 years
