Merry Maids of Calgary SW is hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor.
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $25.25/hr
Position Available: 1
Type: Permanent position, full-time (30-40hrs/week)
Location: 9705 Horton Rd SW, Suite B200, Calgary, AB T2V 2X5
Benefit: 4% of Vacation pay (depending on previous experience and training, salaries may vary)

Responsibilities include
* Supervise and Schedule: Oversee and schedule cleaning staff activities.
* Train Staff: Train new staff in duties, safety, and policies.
* Quality Control: Inspect work areas and maintain cleaning standards.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure safety procedures are followed.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Client Communication: Address client needs and handle complaints.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit activity reports.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, assist in recruitment, and manage expenses.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
* Team Leadership: Motivate staff and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications/Summary of Experience
-Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning is required.
-Completion of secondary school is required.
