Cleaning Supervisor Job

Wage/ Salary: $30.00/hour

Term of Employment: Full-Time Permanent Position (35-37 hrs/week)

Work Location: Various locations

Job Duties:

• Lead and coordinate the work of light-duty cleaners and janitors
• Conduct regular Inspections at sites or facilities served by Earan Janitorial Services Ltd. to ensure that staff is adhering to established safety and cleanliness standards of the company
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• May be asked to conduct a hiring process to hire cleaning staff and to train them
• Prepare the work schedule of the subordinate staff
• Prepare and provide quotes of estimated costs to the clients
• Listen to and provide solutions to clients’ complaints

• Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory
• Previous experience in the related field would be preferred but not mandatory
