Requirements:
• Completion of high school is required
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor is required
• Attention to detail and team player
• Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
• Assist and train cleaners in performing their job duties
• Prepare work schedules
• Ensure all the areas are cared for and inspected according to the company’s cleaning and hygiene standards
• Train the newly hired staff
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety
• Maintain records of all cleaning equipments, order supplies, and report any repairs or required replacements
