Requirements:
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years of work experience as a manager ideally within the cleaning industry
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
• Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly/monthly performance goals, and assure their completion
• Authorize the company of key departments and overall personnel planning
• Assign material, human, and other resources including financial to implement the programs and policies of the company
• Establish financial and administrative controls
• Plan and authorize the marketing promotions
• Select and train managers and supervisors, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Ensure adherence to company policy
• Represent the company in various official events
