Cleaning Manager
KBS building maintenance is looking for one (1) Full-time Cleaning
Manager. We provide janitorial services to commercial buildings in the
lower mainland. This means that the primary function of the business is to
ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of various commercial
properties, such as office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations of commercial and residential cleaning services to ensure service delivery standards, safety protocols,
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality-control standards for cleaning staff in alignment with industry best practices,
• Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to control costs and maintain efficiency.
• Address client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and service satisfaction.
• Supervise marketing or service contracts as required to support business development.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning personnel, including performance oversight and compliance with labour and safety regulations.
Education: High School
Experience: 2 Years
Work location: Various locations in lower mainland.
