This position performs some or all of the following duties:
•Supervise and coordinate the daily work of workers performing specialized cleaning services, including chimney and vent cleaning tasks.
•Prepare work schedules and assign daily routes/work orders; coordinate activities with office staff, customers, and other departments/trades where required.
•Inspect job sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met, and confirm work is completed to company quality requirements.
•Recommend or arrange for additional services required to complete or protect the service outcome (e.g., minor repair coordination, component replacement coordination, or referral to qualified trades where applicable).
•Hire, train, and coach cleaning/service staff on job procedures, safety practices, customer service expectations, and documentation standards.
•Estimate costs, track supplies, and keep basic financial/service records related to jobs completed, materials used, and labour hours.
•Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs where required and ensure documentation is completed accurately for billing and warranty purposes.
•May perform certain cleaning duties (including chimney/vent cleaning) when operationally required.
