Apollo Convention Centre Inc is looking for a full time permanent Cleaning and maintenance supervisor.
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 1
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure subordinates clean all banquet hall areas, washrooms, offices, dining area, kitchen, storage and locker rooms.
• Supervise and Check the cleaning staff on regular basis.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies and products entrusted in your care are carefully handled and maintained.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
• Arrange the cleaning jobs as deemed and Collect the payments for all kinds of duct cleaning, chimney cleaning, furnace and exterior windows.
• Recruit and Provide training when necessary to the new staff for methods and protocols of cleaning.
• Assist cleaners in performing duties.
• Ensure that employees know and understand company rules, security procedures and proper chemical usage.
• Maintain records for budgets, work hours, payrolls, and other data that contributes to effective and efficient delivery of cleaning services.
