Cleaning and Maintenance Contractor Job

Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $ 36 hourly, for 30 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. Location: Brampton, Ontario (1 vacancy).

Specific Skills:
Seeking a qualified person who can coordinate the activities of duct, furnace, dryer, air conditioning cleaning at residential and commercial buildings. Monitor the performance of staff. Assign work and maintain a cleaning schedule. Resolve client complaints, collect feedback, and communicate with management. Coordinate arrangements for receiving supplies and disposal of waste after cleaning. Ensure inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment is adequate. Generate inventory reports. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment such as hoses, generators, vacuum, camera, computer devices, and other parts. Ensure cleanliness standards are met as per client satisfaction. Resolve issues, if any and strengthen client relationships.

Job requirements:
No formal education, but a successful candidate must have relevant working experience of at least 1 month to less than 7 months; self-motivated and work well in a team environment. Language – English
