Wage Rate: $28.90 per hour (40 Hours per week)
Over Time Wage: $43.35 per hour (After 40 hours per week)

Experience: Previous work experience in the area of cleaning is an asset.
Job Duties:
• Sweep, mop and wash floors,
• If needed, wax and polish floors
• Dust windows, selves and furniture etc.
• Use vacuum to clean carpet and area rugs,
• Clean curtains and upholstered furniture
• Make tables, change chairs’ sheets
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances and elevators
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Report and store lost and found items
• May provide basic information on facilities
Benefits:

Overtime after 40 hours per week;
