Cleaner Supervisor Job

Location: Halifax, NS B3S 0G5 (On-site)

Hours: 33 hours weekly (Early morning, morning, day, weekend, on-call, and overtime options)

Position Overview
Clutterbug Cleaning & Organizing is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across office buildings, educational facilities, and residential settings. This position manages a team of 7–8 light duty cleaners, ensures high cleanliness and safety standards, and maintains client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of 7 to 8 cleaners.
Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations.
Assist staff with cleaning duties as needed and process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
Establish work schedules and manage task completion under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant cleaning or supervisory experience.
Education: No degree, diploma, or certificate required.
Certifications: A valid Driver's Licence.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English, strong client focus, flexibility, and sound judgment.

Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
