Job Duties: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, handle a large workload. Must be very detail oriented, have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written & oral communication. Must be flexible, organized and reliable. Must show the ability to multitask, show integrity, show adaptability, have good time management and be a team player. Must be proficient/familiar with Electronic Mail, Spreadsheets, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows and MS Word. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, and maintenance. Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Train office support staff. Perform data entry. Be able to supervise 1-2 support staff efficiently.
