Our client, an established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, West Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Napa Valley, is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its West Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:

Handle court appearances and motion practice
Draft pleadings and manage written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Support pre-trial preparation and trial proceedings
Serve as a key point of contact in client relationships

Qualifications:

Active member of the California State Bar
2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
