US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
8 years of civil/site engineering experience.
Experience leading a team of at least 5 people - mix of engineers, PM's
Leading civil/site projects (technical and people side)
Experience working with clients
Must have ability to get Indiana PE license in 3-6 months after taking position.
