Job Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
· Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or soon to get)
· Expert in AutoCad / Civil 3D
· Excellent ability to prepare grading plans, utility plans and site plans
· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
· Meets demanding deadlines
· 5-10 years experience in land development
