Chungdam Salon is seeking a F/T Hairdresser. Job

Position Info:
• Position: Hairdresser
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $23.00-$24.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: Unit 102-4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

Job Duties:
• Cut and trim hair according to each client’s specific requests
• Wash and condition hair using professional techniques and shampoos
• Style hair using tools to create curls, waves, or sleek finishes
• Suggest flattering cuts and colors that work with a client's face shape and style
• Apply chemical treatments like color, perms, and straightening, plus scalp massages
• Handle the salon schedule by booking and managing client appointments
• Evaluate hair and scalp conditions to provide the right care and products

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a hairstylist is required
