Christian Education Director
• Available in Renton, WA.
• Salary: $54,600/yr

Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate, and develop weekly and seasonal education programs, including Sunday and weekday Bible study sessions.
• Develop and implement Judeo-Christian biblical instruction and educational programs for children, youth, and adult groups within the church.
• Direct and supervise the church's education ministry, aiming to nurture growth towards the full stature of Christ.
• Organize and coordinate extracurricular social and outreach events, as well as curricular activities, in alignment with Christian educational principles.
• Oversee and mentor the church education ministry team by recruiting, orienting, training, organizing, and motivating volunteers.
• Provide counseling to the congregation for educational and spiritual needs, guiding them in God’s teachings and way of life.
• Collaborate with pastors or the educational committee to enhance support for and participation in the church's educational endeavors, etc.

Education Requirement
• Master of Theology, Divinity, or related.
