Christian Education Director
Job Duties
• Plan, lead, and oversee worship services for Sunday school and youth groups.
• Develop or direct study courses and Christian education programs for the children and youth within the church.
• Schedule, plan, and manage special events, such as Bible classes, camps, and retreats.
• Select appropriate curricula and class structures for group discipleship programs.
• Counsel individuals on interpersonal and spiritual concerns.
• Assist the Senior Pastor in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers for the church's educational programs.
• Collaborate with ministry members to set goals for Christian education programs and promote participation, etc.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Christian Education, Christian Studies, Divinity, or related.
