Job Duties:
• Develop and direct Christian education and discipleship programs for adults and young adults within the congregation.
• Select and organize curricula and instructional materials for Bible study and religious education programs.
• Promote participation and establish goals in religious education programs in coordination with clergy and ministry leaders.
• Recruit and train volunteer workers and instructional staff for religious education activities.
• Implement religious education programs by scheduling classes and events and handling related administrative tasks.
• Analyze participation trends and congregational needs to improve religious education programs.
• Provide religious education guidance and counseling to congregational members and prospective members.
• Publicize and report on religious education programs for church leadership, etc.
Education Requirement:
• Master of Theology, Divinity, or related.
