Christian Education Director
• Available in Austin, TX.
Job Duties:
• Develop and direct Christian education programs and study courses for children and youth, incorporating multimedia resources to enhance engagement.
• Organize and promote religious educational events such as Bible classes, camps, and retreats by leveraging digital platforms.
• Monitor program effectiveness by analyzing member participation and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to set goals for Christian education programs and develop strategies to encourage participation and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and supervise parents and/or volunteers for educational programs.
• Organize and lead workshops or training sessions for parents and/or volunteers to enhance their involvement and support in the church’s education programs.
• Coordinate and publicize educational activities through newsletters, bulletin, social media, and the church website.
• Assist in planning and managing the budget for educational programs, analyzing costs, determining priorities for resource allocation, etc.
• Available in Austin, TX.
