Position：China Sales Representative / Market Development Representative
Work location: Based in China (location flexible nationwide)

Key Responsibilities
• Develop a distribution network across China, including dealers / agents / partnership channels, to promote the launch and sales of Envida Life products in the Chinese market;
• Lead channel negotiations, partnership agreements, order follow-ups, and channel management based on product features and market needs;
• Act as the communication bridge between the Chinese market and the Canadian headquarters, efficiently delivering market insights, feedback, customer and distributor performance, business needs, and regulatory updates;
• Assist in executing brand promotion, marketing campaigns, training and education activities in China to enhance brand awareness and influence;
• Continuously research market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within China’s health-product industry; prepare market analysis reports and strategic suggestions to support product planning and localized marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the business environment, culture, and commercial practices in China; experience with distribution networks and dealer systems preferred;
• Broad social and business network in China with solid capability in building and maintaining B2B partnerships;
• Strong interest in health, nutrition, natural medicine, and wellness industries; alignment with Envida Life’s “science + nature” and “holistic health” philosophy;
• Excellent communication, coordination, business negotiation, market awareness, and execution skills; able to communicate efficiently with both Chinese distributors/clients and Canadian headquarters;
• Self-driven, reliable, responsible, and able to independently expand and manage the market;
• Prior work experience in the health supplements / nutrition / wellness industry is an asset.
