Job Title: Youth Respite Provider
Job Location: Wausau, WI
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Child Respite Provider to offer safety, companionship, and fun, active play in the Wausau area. The right candidate will be timely, reliable, engaging, possess the ability to have fun, and possess a background in working with children.
Pay:
• $14.13/hourly rate
• $207.45/daily rate
Schedule:
15 hours per week
• Occasional mornings: 7am-8:30pm
• Occasional afternoons: 3pm to 5:30pm up to 9:30pm
• 4 overnights per month
Tasks:
• Be present for when the child gets on/off the bus
• Ensure safety of child while under your supervision
• Provide motivation to be active and encourage play
• Participate in meaningful and fun activities both inside and outside
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must have auto insurance
• Must pass background check
• Prior experience working with individuals with children a plus
*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
