Job Title: Child Caregiver - Private Home
Wage: $21.00 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and care for one child in the employer’s residence
• Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
• Help the child with homework and educational activities
• Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Wash, iron, and maintain the child’s clothing and household linens
• Discipline the child according to methods requested by the parents
• Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the child
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Organize activities for the child, such as games and outings
• Tend to the emotional well-being of the child
• Take the child to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to childcare
• Shop for food and household supplies

Employment Requirements:
• Secondary(high) school graduation certificate
• At least 7 months of related child caregiving experience required
• Responsible, reliable, and organized
• Ability to communicate in English
