Duties:
• Bathing, dressing, and feeding the newborn child
• Preparing formulas and changing diapers for the newborn child
• Supervising and caring for the newborn child in the employer’s own residence
• Planning, preparing, and serving healthy and nutritious meals for the newborn child
• Overseeing the newborn child’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer
• Following the employer’s instructions and preferences regarding the newborn child’s routine, discipline, education and health including keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding the newborn child
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Performing housekeeping and cleaning duties related to the newborn child
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the employer promptly and professionally
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and not engaging in any illegal or unethical conduct

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2+ years of experience in a child caregiving role is required
• Must be reliable and have excellent communication skills;
• Must be nurturing, attentive, and have effective interpersonal skills; and
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends, if needed.
