Job Description:
• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement high-level operational policies and business strategies that support the holding company's long-term vision and ensure alignment across all subsidiary project companies.
• Multi-Entity Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the holding company and provide strategic leadership to departmental teams across various real estate development and investment projects.
• Project Office & Infrastructure Development: Independently manage the establishment of new project offices, including site selection, lease negotiations, office setup, renovation coordination, and operational readiness.
• Financial & Performance Oversight: Establish company-wide operational objectives and performance metrics (such as OKRs), monitor project progress, analyze operational efficiency, and evaluate financial performance and investment returns.
• Organizational Development & Process Optimization: Develop internal organizational structures, operational workflows, administrative systems, and reporting procedures to improve efficiency and support scalable business growth.
• Brand Management: Oversee the company’s branding, market positioning, and promotional strategies to maintain a consistent corporate image across all business operations and marketing activities.
• Digital Marketing & GTM Execution: Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and digital marketing initiatives for new developments, managing digital branding, social media content, and multi-channel customer acquisition to support project sales and business development objectives.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, vendors, media, and industry influencers to enhance the company’s market penetration and operational effectiveness.
• Executive Coordination: Manage complex administrative workflows, including legal contract reviews, high-level meeting preparations, and strategic reporting to the board or shareholders.
• Team Leadership & Corporate Culture: Provide leadership and management guidance to internal teams, organize management training programs, and foster a collaborative and performance-driven corporate culture.
Job Requirements:
• Executive Leadership: Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience leading core business departments, with a proven track record in high-level cross-departmental and cross-company coordination.
• Operations & Business Management Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in operational management, corporate administration, organizational development, strategic planning, and multi-project coordination within complex business environments. Proven ability to establish operational frameworks, optimize internal processes, and oversee business performance.
• Marketing & Digital Strategy: Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, market expansion initiatives, and promotional activities across major digital and social media platforms.
• North American Business Experience: Strong understanding of the Canadian and North American business environment, with demonstrated experience supporting market entry, operational expansion, or project development initiatives.
• Operational Infrastructure: Proven ability to independently manage internal team building, oversee office site selection and renovation/construction supervision, and establish comprehensive administrative frameworks.
• Strong Organization & Coordination: Proven ability to establish operational systems, supervise office setup and renovation projects, coordinate external vendors and consultants, and implement administrative procedures.
• Mobility: Must be able to accommodate a flexible business travel schedule to supervise regional project progress and site developments.
