Chief Marketing Officer Job

AOX Inc. (DBA Crystal Dental Labs / Ora Milling) seeks Chief Marketing Officer to Lead theoverall marketing and branding strategy for Dentbird Solutions, Dentbird Connect, and theAOX Center, with a focus on scaling operations in the U.S. and internationally. Act as thekey decision maker for all marketing initiatives, overseeing strategic planning, prioritization,and execution in alignment with corporate objectives. Establish and monitor core marketingKPIs and performance frameworks to drive accountability, ensure measurable impact, andinform resource allocation. Direct cross-functional marketing efforts across public relations,brand management, and digital outreach to maximize market visibility and customerengagement. Manage the development of strategic marketing assets, including whitepapers, sales enablement tools, and training manuals, ensuring internal alignment andexternal positioning. Conduct competitive analysis and oversee market intelligence functionsto support data-driven decision-making for business expansion and product strategy. Ownthe full marketing budget lifecycle, including annual planning, forecasting, and return-on-investment analysis. Provide leadership and operational oversight to the marketing team,including hiring, performance evaluation, and organizational development. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing direction with company-wide goals,product roadmap, and long-term growth strategy.
