Chief Manufacturing Officer Job

AOX Inc. (DBA Crystal Dental Labs / Ora Milling) seeks Chief Manufacturing Officer for the following duties:
(Full Arch Dental Prosthesis Manufacturing System Development)
Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive U.S.-based manufacturing system for full arch dental prostheses, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
(Manufacturing Management and Quality Control)
Oversee full arch prosthesis production to ensure quality control, continually optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product excellence.
(Equipment, Materials, and Process Innovation)
Manage the development of advanced equipment and materials to improve production processes, collaborating closely with R&D teams to integrate new technologies.
(Clinical Software Research and Development)
Lead R&D initiatives to enhance clinical software usability, incorporating feedback from dental professionals to ensure software solutions meet practical clinical needs.

* Associate’s degree in Dental Technology, Engineering, Business or related is required.
* 24 months of experience as a manager; experience must have included managing dental prosthesis manufacturing is required.
