Salary: $94.51/hr, 30 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
-Work closely with the senior management to develop and implement our company’s mission, goals, and a comprehensive investment strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
-Develop, implement, and continuously refine our company's investment strategies in line with our liability profile, risk appetite, and business objectives.
-Devise and manage portfolios across different asset classes, construct investment portfolio according to our company’s financial needs and risk parameters.
-Continuously oversee, monitor and adjust investment portfolio to optimize performance and achieve long-term objectives.
-Provide strategic leadership and guidance on investment-related features, pricing, and risk considerations, ensure all investment activities and decisions comply with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies, etc.
-Develop and implement robust risk management practices to monitor, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the investment portfolio.
-Effectively communicate with the executive team and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding.
-Stay abreast of global and local economic trends, market developments, and emerging investment opportunities to update and advise on investment strategies.

Education:
-A minimum of a university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or related discipline is required.
-Advanced qualifications such as Master’s Degree, CPA, and CFA, etc. are preferred.
Experience:
-A minimum of three years of experience as a middle manager in investment, finance, communications, or related business services is required.
Skills:
-Demonstrated track record of successful portfolio management and investment strategy development.
-Proficient understanding of various asset classes, investment tools, and risk management practices.
-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance strategies, programs, policies and procedures.
-A deep understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory requirements.
-Strong product and market knowledge in global fixed income and equities.
-Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
-Fundamental analysis and long-term investment mindset.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
