Job Description:
Duties:
1. Health and Safety Strategy Development: (a) Design and implement corporate health and safety policies grounded in medical science and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO, EFSA, WHO); (b) Integrate occupational health best practices and public health protocols across all departments and production sites.
2. Scientific Oversight and Product Formulation: (a) Direct the development and clinical validation of evidence-based nutritional products using a scientific-medical framework; (b) Ensure the biological efficacy and safety of ingredients through review of clinical literature and formulation protocols; (c) Provide final approval on all health-related claims and quality benchmarks.
3. Medical Innovation and Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: (a) Leverage unique training in medical nutrition to guide R&D toward therapeutically relevant product development; (b) Apply interdisciplinary knowledge of herbal medicine and nutraceuticals to create novel health-supportive formulations.
4. Occupational and Production Health Leadership: (a) Oversee employee health risk assessments, implementation of preventive health protocols, medical monitoring, and ergonomic education; (b) Ensure the integrity of manufacturing conditions through oversight of hygiene controls, contamination prevention, and crisis preparedness plans.
5. Regulatory Compliance and International Liaison: (a) Lead all interactions with domestic and international regulatory bodies; (b) Submit scientific reports and compliance documentation; (c) Align production processes with standards required for international product distribution and consumer health protection.
6. Crisis Management and Emergency Medical Preparedness: (a) Develop and execute emergency response protocols, including training in first aid and public health emergencies; (b) Provide executive oversight during incidents involving product safety, workplace accidents, or contamination risks.
7. Strategic Leadership and Board Participation: (a) Serve on the Executive Board of Directors, contributing medical insight to corporate strategy; (b)Lead cross-functional teams in the alignment of scientific innovation with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from a recognized international medical institution with demonstrated research in clinical science or public health.
2. Certification or equivalent credential in evidence-based medical nutrition.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, public health leadership, and product safety oversight.
4. Proven administrative leadership at the director or board level in healthcare institutions.
5. Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance involving FDA, EFSA, ISO, or WHO standards.
6. Fluency in clinical research, medical writing, and interdisciplinary scientific integration.
7. Experience with herbal and natural medicine in a clinical or formulation context preferred.
8. International work experience preferred.
