Provide financial analysis and advice for major business decisions, investment and M&A, and business expansion.
II. Financial Management and Control
Establish and improve the financial management system, internal control system, and processes.
Supervise accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and authenticity.
Manage the company's costs, expenses, and profitability, continuously optimizing financial performance.
III. Cash and Capital Operations
Coordinate the company's... Funds Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Financing Arrangements
Responsible for communication and cooperation with external institutions such as banks, investment firms, and auditing firms.
Participate in or lead capital operations such as financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and IPOs.

Identify and assess financial and operational risks, and formulate and implement risk control measures.
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, financial standards, and tax compliance requirements.
Cooperate with internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

Responsible for the building, training, and performance management of the finance team.
Enhance the professional capabilities and business support capabilities of the finance team.
