📌 The Role
We are looking for a CFO to join our leadership team and partner with the CEO. You will drive Gemini’s global financial strategy, oversee finance and accounting, lead fundraising and M&A activities, and prepare the company for future IPO opportunities. This role is central to scaling our business while maintaining strong governance.

🎯 Key Focus

Lead finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, and investor relations

Build forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and risk processes

Optimize profitability, capital efficiency, and liquidity

Represent Gemini’s financial story to the board and investors

Drive automation and crypto-native finance tools

Lead and mentor a global finance team

✅ About You

10+ years of finance leadership, 5+ at executive level

Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech

Strong knowledge of financial strategy, compliance, and capital markets

Hands-on with fundraising, M&A, or IPO prep

Entrepreneurial, analytical, and a strong communicator
