Chief Financial Officer Job

Developing strategic financial direction and process improvements for company; Planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the company’s fiscal function and performance; Continual improvement of budgeting and educating managers on financial issues impacting departments; Increasing accountability and budgeting procedures; Strategically developing and maintaining budgets; Increasing overall gross profit by focusing resources and cost containments; Implementing specific management IT software, aligned with the Italian headquarters; Supervising the IT and the accounting systems; Managing the reporting to the Italian headquarters; Being responsible for all Treasury matters, including having full signature power with banks; Supervising all the accounting activities performed by financial subordinate staff in their day to day performance of their jobs; Supervising accounting activities, including approving payments of invoices and expense vouchers, as well as recommending improvements to accounts payable/receivable process; Managing collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies; Reviewing new customer’s credit and recommends new customer terms; and Ensuring that corporate milestones/goals are met.

Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in accounting, controlling or finance. Special skills: Experience in management techniques, strategies and policies, financial management and international financial strategy.
