A2Z is a Professional Technical Consulting & Security Strategy Development Company. The Chief Financial Officer at A2Z Gateway Ltd. will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate, through middle managers, the financial operations of the organization in relation to established objectives. This position will develop and approve financial policies and programs. The CFO's role also includes determining the company's financial mission and strategic direction, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring financial stability and growth.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full-Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $98/Hour

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Financial Officer at A2Z Gateway Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through financial policies and concrete objectives which are met through the effective management of human, financial and material resources.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and ensure sustainable growth.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major financial departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to develop and implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in financial negotiations or other official functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the company, providing insights and recommendations to the board of directors.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other discipline related to the service provided is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a middle manager in financial services or extensive experience in finance or accounting
