Oversee SEC compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance for a publicly traded company
Lead development and commercialization of the ReBurse mobile application
Manage investor relations and capital strategy
Build and lead the executive team
Drive revenue growth and market expansion
Cast wide net for potential acquisition and/or merger candidates
Compensation
Base salary: Negotiable based on experience
Revenue participation: 20% of net revenues
Substantial equity participation
