Chief Executive Officer Job

AOX Inc. (DBA Crystal Dental Labs / Ora Milling) seeks Chief Executive Officer for the
following duties:
(U.S. Operations Management)
Lead and oversee all aspects of AOX Inc to ensure alignment with global strategies. Make
high-level strategic decisions and drive the achievement of organizational objectives.
(Recruitment and Personnel Management)
Develop and implement hiring strategies, manage department heads (Sales, Marketing,
Finance, Production), and oversee employee performance, training, and development
initiatives.
(Marketing, Sales, and Production Oversight)
Direct marketing efforts to expand U.S. market presence, set and monitor sales targets, and
ensure efficient, high-quality production operations.
(Financial Management)
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure
financial health and compliance with corporate and legal standards. Provide regular financial
updates to international headquarters.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
* 24 months of experience in a senior management role is required.
