JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Executive Officer at Mary Brown's Chicken (Delta) will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of our restaurant in alignment with our established goals. The CEO will work closely with middle managers to ensure efficient service and high-quality standards. This position will formulate policies which establish the direction to be taken by the restaurant.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $49/Hour

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at Mary Brown’s Chicken (Delta) will include but are not limited to:
• Establish clear objectives for Mary Brown’s Chicken and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of key departments and senior staff positions to support our unique cooking methods and operational excellence.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement our organizational policies and programs, ensuring robust financial and administrative controls. Formulate and approve promotional campaigns that highlight our proprietary cookers and the delicious, natural flavors of our chicken.
• Select and develop managers and staff who share our passion for real, wholesome comfort food.
• Coordinate the work of departments to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Represent Mary Brown’s Chicken in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, reinforcing our brand’s dedication to exceptional food and customer experience.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or other discipline related to the service provided is required.
• Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services are required.
