We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead our strategic growth, business operations, and market expansion across Canada and North America.
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Develop and execute high-level business strategies aligned with Coinsite’s long-term vision.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive expansion.
Oversee financial planning, P&L management, and operational efficiency.

✅ Operations & Compliance

Direct business operations and ensure regulatory compliance with AML & KYC policies.
Oversee financial risk management, cash flow, and security measures for cryptocurrency transactions.
Maintain high-level relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and investors.

✅ Team Leadership & Brand Development

Build and manage a high-performing executive team to support national expansion.
Oversee marketing efforts to increase brand visibility in the crypto space.
Represent Coinsite at major industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

✔️ 5+ years of executive leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency markets (Canada/US preferred).

✔️ Proven expertise in cryptocurrency ATM operations and blockchain technology.

✔️ Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight, risk assessment, and budgeting.

✔️ Deep understanding of AML & KYC regulations within the digital finance industry.

✔️ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.

✔️ Experience in developing digital products and financial technology solutions.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make critical strategic decisions.
