You should have:
1. Strong experience in AI/ML (machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI).
2. Hands-on skills with model development, training, and deployment.
3. Ability to translate business ideas into scalable AI-driven solutions.
4. Shared vision and long-term commitment to growing a startup.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative, research-oriented mindset.
