CHICKEN CATCHER Job

Live poultry catching &hauling company based in Abbotsford, BC is hiring 10 full time chicken catchers to work at various barns in the Fraser Valley. Job duties include catching 2-4 live birds at a time by hand in a chicken barn and gently place the live birds into cages. Company adheres to strict animal welfare policies and successful candidates will be trained on all animal welfare practices and procedures. Wage is $20.00/hr. Positions require the ability to carry/lift 20-30lbs. Must be able to work in hot and cold dusty environments, use of hands and arms above the shoulder level and work night shift/weekends.
