Job Description:
Manage and oversee chemical production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations for a solar cells and modules manufacturing company. Manage and supervise chemical process engineers and technicians engaged in chemical manufacturing operations, providing technical guidance and operational oversight. Direct and optimize chemical production processes to improve process efficiency, throughput, yield, and product quality while ensuring adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process control strategies, operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and operational reliability. Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate manufacturing efficiency and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead investigations of process deviations, quality nonconformances, and operational disruptions, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve manufacturing performance.
Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or other closely related field of study
